Jokes are often used to break the ice in training sessions. Here's one from SafetyXChange member, Faith E. Davidson.

Two men were walking in the woods and spotted a bear. The first man stopped and put on his tennis shoes.

The second man said, "Those shoes aren't going to help you out run that bear."

The first man replied, "I don't have to out run the bear - I just have to out run YOU!"
