Acknowledging that their membership is talented, the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) has put out a call to those registered for the June ASSE Safety 2010 conference to audition for an opportunity to sing the United States’ National Anthem in front of thousands at the conference.

Contestants must be a member of ASSE, registered for Safety 2010 (the ASSE Professional Development Conference and Exposition) to be held June 13-16 in Baltimore, and may enter as a soloist, in a duet, trio or quartet.

There is a maximum of one entry per person.

To enter, contact ASSE at bvondran@asse.org by April 16. The winner (s) will sing at the Safety 2010 opening general session on Monday, June 14, at the Baltimore Convention Center.
