True Stories Safety Trainers Would Rather Forget

During a training session on Hazard Recognition and Control we were teaching the class how to look for potential hazards in the plant. During the group exercises one of the employees leaned on the 6' table when it suddenly collapsed. The gentleman fell on the floor but was unhurt. It turns out we forgot to check to ensure that the tables were secured when we moved them around.
