Joke of the Week
Jokes are often used to break the ice in training sessions. Here's one you can use, courtesy of SafetyXChange member, Ralph White.
One sunny afternoon last summer, I went to the beach. I was wearing my Safety First shirt. I remember being quite pleasantly surprised of the questioning by one young man. He approached me and asked,
"Are you a Safety Manager?"
"Why yes I am," I said proudly.
"I hear they are really good, caring people?"
"Of course they are." I answered again.
"What about integrity? I hear that real safety people never compromise on issues?"
"Integrity is very important to us. It's so important, because peoples' lives depend on it."
"Well then," the man said. "Will you hold my wallet while I go swimming?"
