This Method Statement must be forward by the Sub Contractor, to the client and their Health Safety & Environmental Advisor during any tender, ongoing Sub Contraction and quotation process. No work can start on the site until a full method statement has been completed and agreed by the, clients Health Safety & Environmental Advisor and the Sub Contractor, carrying out the work.

Hazard & Risk Work Method Statement: Review

 

 

This Method Statement must be periodically reviewed or when a significant change to the Job/Task, takes place.
Examples of circumstances that would require the re-evaluation of the validity of the Method Statement are:

    When the results of monitoring (accidents, ill health effects, and environment) are adversely not expected.
    • A change in processes, work methods and materials.
    • Changes in personnel.
    • The introduction of new plant, machinery, critical tools and technology.
    • Unexpected Sub Contractor/Contractor involvement unforeseen during the tender and contract award stages.
