Excellent Video

Pretty much sums it up, Not being aware of the Hazards of Confined Space Entry, including a "Standby Person for all Entries".
We are fortunate in the Oil and Gas Industry, and yet there are still those that take "Short Cuts" when performing there work activities, even though they know better, just a plain poor attitude towards Occupational Health and Safety at work.
As a Community Safety Officer, the least we can do is maintain control of all work activities, not easy in a strictly "Administrative Atmosphere", so the Contractor Safety Management System must be used to identify all work activities at the "Contract Stage".
