The Hickman Mills, MO Customer Service Center is looking for an individual to fill the position of Safety and Training Supervisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Selecting and training qualified School Bus Drivers according to state and company established guidelines 

* Providing ongoing training and performance evaluations for all drivers as well as supervising the safety program of the customer service center, including monthly safety meetings and the accident review committee

* Proactively recruiting individuals to become school bus drivers

* Performing Driver Orientation in conjunction with Operations Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor and General Manager

Position Requirements:

* More than 5 years work experience with 3 years in school transportation industry preferred

* Innovative classroom training skills, knowledge of adult training techniques

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Strong organization, interpersonal, and group presentation skills

* Strong leadership skills

* Compliance with state requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college, including education/training courses preferred
