Safety and Damage Management Administrator
Job Summary:
The Safety and Damage Administrator applies their administration background to a call centre environment delivering high quality customer service. A commitment to timely response, analysis and/or resolution of all concerns are crucial, as is providing relevant guidance/training where required. This position requires maintaining files and electronic documents, online ordering of driver abstracts. The incumbent supports the achievement of specific departmental PIE goals. Strong emphasis is placed on maintaining and/or initiating regular contact with clients including fleet drivers; and managing internal communications and relationships.
Qualifications:
* Answer emailed, faxed, and called-in damage claims or safety inquiries on the queues.
* Maintain Safety and Damage Management client and driver files
* Maintain user-friendly system notes and other documentation.
* Be aware of government regulations that apply to your area of business.
* Produce regular and adhoc reports based on client and internal departmental needs.
* Support the daily functions Safety & Abstract programs:
* Implement client set up on DRAP/MVR/Safety programs
* Liaise with provincial ministries to order Driver abstracts
* Assist in ordering safety modules for clients
* Audit, code & upload driver records into safety system
* Liaise with internal/external clients on Safety and DRAP issues, involving ARI’s US counterpart on all DRAP issues
* Research and provide safety related data to clients on an as-needed basis.
* Support the development and implementation of new internal/workflow processes.
* Assist in employee and external party training as assigned.
* Process Invoices from the Damage Management team
* Perform other approved duties and assist with special projects as required.
* Customer service oriented; ability to gain credibility and trust among a diverse client group.
* Excellent interpersonal communications skills; keen listening skills.
* Flexibility to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, busy environment.
* Ability to handle high volume and work well under pressure.
* Maintain an adequate problem resolution technique to handle internal and external issues.
* Computer literate with particular attention to details and accuracy.
* Bilingual candidates should read, speak and write French fluently.
Relevant Experience:
* Minimum 5 years customer service or administration experience
* Insurance industry experience (Asset)
* Secondary school education or equivalent
* Post-secondary business degree / diploma / certificate (Asset).
* Some knowledge of basic accounting (Asset)
* Completion of company or other training programs.

Supplier Services Specialist
Department: Suppliers Relations, Operations
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Head Office)
Job Summary:
The Supplier Services Specialist’s role is to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner while handling all areas of Supplier Services including but not limited to daily, short-term and corporate rental reservations and follow-up. The incumbent supports the achievement of specific departmental PIE goals. Strong emphasis is placed on maintaining and/or initiating regular contact with suppliers and drivers; and managing internal communications and relationships.
Qualifications:
* Manage daily, short-term and corporate rental reservations using the in-house system.
* Answer all emailed, faxed, and called-in rental reservation requests on the queues.
* Work cooperatively with other internal departments, including Enterprise Rep, Damage Management and contact centre to assign rental vehicles.
* Maintain rental system by updating driver profiles, rental locations, etc.
* Review and input daily rental surveys, sending to suppliers as required.
* Audit supplier invoices before payment as directed
* Assist Accounting Department with related concerns.
* Handle all rental suppliers as it relates to processing reservations.
* Respond to driver inquiries.
* Provide support in the management of National Account databases as directed.
* Respond promptly to all CSR requests, inquiries and fleet tracks relating to supplier services provided.
* Assist in the tendering process with suppliers as directed
* Provide support in mass mail out and survey communications
* Provide support with ARI Mapping software for Rentals, Body Shop and Glass
* Manage daily velocity reports.( As a back up role)
* Respond to and Generate FleetTrak cases. Monitor and address outstanding cases, keeping internal and external clients informed of pertinent details.
* Day to day problem solving. Recognize potential problems / conflicts and work to resolve them.
* Produce adhoc reports based on CSR and departmental needs as required.
* Support Coordinator Supplier Services, and select departments, on an as needed basis.
* Assist in employee training as assigned.
* Provide support in new supplier setups for both Intellifleet, Intellipay and S2K
* Provide support as directed for card lock fuel suppliers including setup, call outs, follow-up and reporting.
* Customer service oriented with confidence to speak to driver base about ARI’s programs and services
* Excellent interpersonal communications skills; keen listening skills.
* Flexibility to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, busy environment.
* Computer literate with particular attention to details and accuracy.
* Infinium experience (Asset)
* Bilingual (English/French) (Asset)
Relevant Experience:
* 2+ years direct fleet / customer service experience (front-line person-to-person is preferable).
* Secondary school education or equivalent
* College courses / certificate in business administration or related subject (Asset)
* Some knowledge of basic accounting (Asset)
