Reporting to Director of food and Safety, you will ensure that sanitation and food safety programs are communicated, implemented and enforced within our retail food stores

Job Requirements:

*  Post Secondary education, preferably Microbiology, Public Health, Food Science or related
*  Knowledge of applicable federal and provincial legislation
*  Exposure to HACCP, Sanitation Programs, Customer Service
*  Superior communication skills
*  The ability and desire to work with all levels of the organization are essential
*  Previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset
*  Safe Food Handling Certification is an asset
*  Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is an asset
