The Skyline Group is a specialty supplier, installer, and manufacturer of high end waterproofing and roofing products, servicing the construction industry throughout North America. As a result of our continued growth we are currently seeking a new team member in administration with aspirations to completing or obtaining their CSO.

Administrative Support-Safety Area-(Or Entry Level CSO)

Duties:

* Prepare weekly toolbox meeting agenda and packages, in partnering with Safety Officer.

* Data entry from daily meetings and incident reports into Simply Safety, producing appropriate monthly/quarterly reports

* Co-ordination of WCB files, monitoring modified-duty workers

* Responsible for typing documents, using spreadsheets, updating data base information, filing, and photocopying

* Order and maintain safety supplies

* Orientation, testing, training of field personnel

* Variety of tasks as required

Requirements:

* Self motivated with excellent communication skills

* Familiarity with Microsoft family of products

* Construction background or experience would be considered an asset

* Preference will be given to candidates interested in completing CSO course or nearing completion
