Safety Engineer - 3+ years experience with Manufacturing Safety regulations required

EHS Safety Engineer

Job Description:

* Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs to address specific needs

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of safety and related regulations including OSHA NFPA and ACGIH and insure that the Company complies with all applicable regulations regarding EHS issues

* Assist in evaluation of new equipment or facilities improvements

* Perform accident investigations, analyze root causes and provide corrective measures

* Assist in improving the safety culture throughout the organization

Job Requirements

* BS in engineering with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience

* Experience in manufacturing and/or design of equipment is highly desirable

* Possess solid computer skills and ability to implement appropriate EHS software

Willing to be trained in emergency response based activities
