“Near misses”, once investigated and corrective actions are initiated, ought to be posted and shared with all employees to:
•	educate employees as to “what is a near miss” by example,
•	make employees feel “at ease” in reporting the near miss,
•	giving employees an extra “feeling of worth” that they are contributing to the overall safety of fellow employees,
•	reaffirm anonymity,
• reaffirm immunity from prosecution
•	See, via “corrective actions taken”, the company’s dedication to the health, safety and wellbeing of all it’s employees
